Free/Reduced Meal Benefit Application
2026-2027 meal benefit applications are now available.
Families can pick up a copy of the application in the main office or download it from the links below. Please return your completed application to the main office.
Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email with your meal determination letter.
We encourage all families to apply, even if you may not qualify. The information gathered from completed applications makes more funding applications available to our schools.
School Lunch Payments
Ways to Pay a Student Lunch Balance:
1. Cash Payments: Cash payments are accepted by the office manager at your school. If you are sending cash in with your student, please be sure to alert the office manager to ensure the cash payment is collected.
2. Check Payments: Check payments are accepted by the office manager at your school. Please make check out to "Beacon Charter Schools" and put your students name and grade in the "memo" section of the check.
3. Credit Card Payments: Card payments can also be accepted by the office manager at your school. Credit card payments cannot be accepted by phone, you must go into the main office or pay online.
